Hotel looks new and clean. There’s a pool in between the two buildings. Rooms aren’t so spacious. Some parts of the hotel may not be so convenient for wheelchair users (especially the way from back building to the front) Location is no doubt wonderful. 1 min walk to beach, convenient store, and street food. There’s parking space under the building and in front (no shade). Service is reasonable with the affordable price.

I recently stayed at the hotel, booking a Deluxe Corner Room for almost 3,000 Baht. Unfortunately, I found that it didn't live up to its price tag. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience: **Service:** - Upon arrival, there was no bellboy service, and the distance to carry luggage from the car to the reception was quite far and steep. - The reception staff was limited to just 1-2 people, resulting in slow check-in and check-out processes. - On a positive note, the restaurant staff during breakfast were excellent. They were welcoming, attentive, and provided great service. **Facilities:** - The parking area wasn't properly divided by building, forcing guests to park in the farthest building and walk to the main one. - There was minimal soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear everything from the neighboring room, and the doors didn't block any noise. Housekeeping in adjacent rooms and guests closing doors were highly disruptive. - The rooms appeared outdated and quite dusty. - Breakfast options were limited even though the eggs menu only have fried-egg, no scrambled eggs, no omelets or boiled eggs. - There was no in-room safe, and the only table in the room was the makeup vanity. **Pros:** - The hotel's location was excellent, near the sea, with decent views, and plenty of nearby restaurants. - The restaurant staff provided excellent service. Overall, my experience here was less than satisfactory, especially considering the price. If you value privacy and soundproofing, I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.

We stayed on the top floor with the double balcony. In my opinion the location is the only real upside for the hotel. The facilities are rundown and there’s issues with lighting and broken fixtures, and decorative glass being shattered and still in place next to the elevators. Our room smelled like sewer the whole time. No in-room safe and there were no outlets by either side of the bed. The mattress was hard and creaky. The breakfast was limited at best. The exercise room “gym” was also in sad shape. They had a few dumbbells and some cardio equipment, but the lighting and A/C were both again in disrepair. Service was slow - and forgot about us when we requested more toilet paper and towels the first time. No bellhop or assistance with luggage either. Would find other accommodations should we visit this city again.

We stayed at deluxe corner room. They have 2 separate bedrooms. One for shower and another for a bathtub. The room itself looks clean but a little old with all those furnitures. Great view, useable gym, and nice swimming pools that has a bar on the side. The breakfast was okay. There was plenty of options to choose. While I was staying, it seemed like they started to fix all the internet problems.

This hotel is quite silent during the weekday but full of people on weekend. We would like to have dinner at the hotel but the restaurant closed on weekday but it is not the matter because there are so many restaurants outside along the street near the hotel. There is just one thing that quite disappointed me... The house keepers knocked on our door for cleaning while we were busy to get ready to go for breakfast and there is no any tags like no disturb tag to hang in front of the door. What I meant is the house keepers should come to clean the room after we go out... They should not come so early... They knocked on our door at around 9.40 am. Anyway I like this hotel especially the pool.
